General Terms and Conditions
In our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), we, Dziyana Falei and you, our valued clients, jointly establish the basis of our collaboration. These conditions are designed to create a clear agreement that defines the mutual rights and obligations.
01. Changes to the GTC
Changes to these GTC will be communicated to you without exception and promptly in written form, ensuring transparency and currency at all times.
02. Conclusion of Contract
The process of contract conclusion is designed to be transparent and understandable: Your interest in my services initiates a preliminary conversation or the completion of a questionnaire. Subsequently, I will present you with a customized offer. A binding contract is established once both parties have given their consent, confirmed through a written notification.
03. Payment Terms
The terms of payment for my services are clearly defined in advance. I request a deposit of 50% before the commencement of work and the payment of the remaining 50% upon completion of the project. Should you fail to meet your payment obligations, I am compelled to discontinue the service. The obligation to pay remains in this case.
04. Licenses for Fonts
The use of specific fonts on your website may require appropriate licenses. I am happy to advise you on the selection and purchase of the necessary licenses. These costs are not included in the offer.
05. Use of Image Material
Please ensure that you have the rights to use all delivered images that are used on your website. I accept no responsibility for the use of copyrighted images without the appropriate authorization.
06. Legal Requirements
You are responsible for the legal content of your website, including the privacy policy. It is important that these contents are always kept up to date.
07. Design and Collaboration
Within our collaboration, up to two revision loops are planned. Communication is primarily via email or WhatsApp, to ensure efficiency and clarity.
08. Warranty
I am committed to providing services of the highest quality. Should you nonetheless identify technical defects, I am available for rectification – this free of charge for 30 days after the handover of the website.
09. Limitation of Liability
My liability is limited to errors that are directly related to my services. I accept no responsibility for external sources of error.
10. Final Provisions
Any changes or amendments to the contract require written form. Should parts of these GTC be invalid, the remainder remains in force.
